Situated on the southernmost tip of the Baja Peninsula in Mexico overlooking Santa Maria Bay and the Sea of Cortez, Twin Dolphin is a 1,400-acre master-planned community being developed by Ohana Real Estate Investors.
Spanning both sides of the Transpeninsular Highway, Twin Dolphin includes Montage Los Cabos resort hotel and residences, Maravilla, a private residential community, and Twin Dolphin Club, featuring a Fred Couples Signature golf course.
“Honoring the natural environment has been important to us every step of the way,” said Alex Hill, executive vice president of development, Ohana Real Estate Investors. “We have made thoughtful choices at each turn, such as native landscaping that includes saving and replanting over 40,000 plants, a state-of-the-art reverse osmosis desalination plant, building design that conserves energy and highlights indoor-outdoor experiences, and plans for developing an eco-friendly golf course.”
The Fred Couples Signature Golf Course, co-designed by the 1992 Masters champion and 2013 World Golf Hall of Fame inductee to feature dramatic views of the Sea of Cortez, opened in 2018.
The Twin Dolphin development features two of only a very few swimmable beaches in Los Cabos. In keeping with the developers’ ecological ethos, Santa Maria Bay and Las Viudas Beaches were recently awarded the international Blue Flag certification signifying the highest environmental and water quality standards.
Maravilla Los Cabos is an active and operational private residential community overlooking both Las Viudas Beach and the renowned Santa Maria Bay. Maravilla offers a variety of amenities for all generations to enjoy via its private club for owners, as well as a range of residential options from custom homesites to fully turnkey homes, villas and townhouses.
Residents will enjoy an effortless ownership experience that includes concierge and property management services, as well as culinary, recreational, entertainment, and health and wellness amenities.
Montage Los Cabos resort and residences are located on the iconic shores of Santa Maria Bay and were completed in May 2018.
The development is named in honor of the former Hotel Twin Dolphin, one of the first luxury hotels on the “Golden Corridor” of Los Cabos.
