Executive Chef

Miguel Rebolledo

As a native of Spain, Chef Miguel got his start working under some of the world’s most progressive chefs at La Sardina and El Bulli, then perfected his skills as the Executive Chef at Spain’s exclusive Club Nautico de Tenerife. Followed by a move stateside, he joined Spain’s most prolific chef, José Andrés, as the Executive Chef for Jaleo. Most recently serving as Culinary Director of Cabo del Sol and Coco Point in Mexico and Barbuda, Chef Miguel joins the Maravilla team as Executive Chef, overseeing all culinary operations.

Chef Jorge assists with culinary operations at the Maravilla Club including Ecco Restaurant, In-home dining, and Mercado. Chef Jorge attended culinary school in Mexico City and began his career in New York, working for Alain Ducasse Group and March Restaurant – a Michelin-starred restaurant. He has since served as Executive Sous Chef for prestigious hotels and clubs in Los Cabos, including El Dorado, One&Only Palmilla, and Villas del Mar.

Executive Chef, Twin Dolphin Club

David Lecona

After attending the Instituto Franco Mexicano DF, Chef David spent two decades pursuing his passion for culinary arts, most recently honing his craft alongside renowned chefs at restaurants in the Los Cabos area such as the distinguished Auberge and One and Only resorts. In 2018, Chef David brought his expertise in authentic local cuisine to Twin Dolphin Club, where he works to artfully elevate the dining experience to be both memorable and pleasing to all palates.
