The magic of Maravilla begins behind the curtain, with an accomplished superstar team of chefs who dream up and perfect the cuisine you know and love.
With nearly two decades of experience, Fernando Reyes joins Maravilla as the Executive Chef where he will oversee all day-to-day culinary operations of Fernando attended school in Managua, Nicaragua, and began his career at the The Ritz Carton, Half Moon Bay in California. His natural curiosity for taste and distinguished palate led him to hold several senior leadership roles at various Marriott resort and urban hotels. He also has experience in international markets, having worked in China and Turkey as part of the Marriott International Operations Support.
Executive Pastry Chef
A graduate of the Franco Mexicano Institute, Melissa has cut her teeth in the world of pastry over many years, studying with world-class pastry chefs and serving in varying capacities at esteemed restaurants and hotels to hone her craft. Melissa’s creative approach to pastry shines in the myriad of incredible desserts, baked goods and more in Maravilla’s dining outlets.
Executive Chef, Twin Dolphin Club
After attending the Instituto Franco Mexicano DF, Chef David spent two decades pursuing his passion for culinary arts, most recently honing his craft alongside renowned chefs at restaurants in the Los Cabos area such as the distinguished Auberge and One and Only resorts. In 2018, Chef David brought his expertise in authentic local cuisine to Twin Dolphin Club, where he works to artfully elevate the dining experience to be both memorable and pleasing to all palates.
